Q - HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE?

A - 1. Click on the item you want
2. Select the type of product you want (if there are varieties)
3. Select Add to Cart/Buy Now
4. Click Check out on add to Cart 
5. Fill-out the necessary details needed for the shipment
6. You will then receive a confirmation via email or text and just wait for the product to arrive.

Q - ARE THERE OTHER WAYS THAT WE COULD PAY FOR THE ITEM ASIDE CASH ON DELIVERY?


A - Yes, we accept bank transfers through Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Coinsph, Gcash, Paymaya, BPI, BDO and Security Bank or you could send the money through Western Union, LBC, Palawan Express, M Lhuillier and Cebuana Lhuillier. Just send us a message on our official Facebook page (Boomi Philippines) for further details. The shipping time may only take 1-2 days.

Q - DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUND?

A - It depends, as long as it is within 7 days. Starting from the time you received the package. However, we will not accept the product if it has been damaged,
Item is not scratched or dropped. We will refund or return if there is a factory defect.


Q - HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?

A - It normally takes 1-3 days for within Metro Manila and 3-7 days outside of Metro Manila but, in some instances it may take longer and in this case you will receive a text message or a phone call from on of our staff.

 

Q - I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you successful used our checkout system, you should receive a confirmation in about 60 seconds after finishing the process. However the tracking code may take a bit of time since it takes 24-48 hours to encode it via 3rd party logistics.

Q - MY ITEM HAS NOT ARRIVED ON THE GIVEN TIME FRAME.

There are instances where the shipping time takes more than we stated, this is because of some reasons

* Incomplete address
* Unreachable mobile number
* Area not covered via COD or Area is considered as remote area

Always make sure to complete your address to ensure a successful delivery.
